IOC 'investigation' into Chinese gymnasts is a joke - It seems that the IOC is going to be halting the investigation even though there are more things coming to light. What do you think about it all?

As you can see, in the events where medals are determined by competitors rather than judges, the gold medal gap between China and the U.S. is greatly narrowed, and the total medal count is an American runaway. Counting the judged events, China has a commanding lead in golds. Hmmm… Nope, nothing fishy about that!

I am saddened not to be able to attend the Games. The Olympic Games represent something powerful: that people can come together from around the world and do things that no one thought were possible. However, the denial of my visa is a part of a systemic effort by the Chinese government to coerce and threaten athletes who are speaking out on behalf of the innocent people of Darfur.
Joey Cheek .. I guess that’s communism for you.
